Paul and Terry commenced their build in late 2004. Building space being at a premium, the initial hull construction was at the side of Paul's house. Their smart thinking using 2 'Supercheap' 6x3m carports covered with reasonable quality tarps provided the perfect shelter for initial hull construction.
By October 2005, the 2 hulls had been completed, (minor fairing to go) and about to be moved off-site to put together once the new 'shed' was built. They have negotiated with a farmer about 5 kms from Pauls house (about 1km as the crow flys) and in a street with a few boat building yards - perfect across the road launch area too.)
